Pricing
Straight prices, agreed before anything is built.
New builds start at $2,500; most land between $2,500–$10,000, and every one is fixed-price — you approve the number before anything is built. Once a system is live, ongoing changes run on hour blocks you can top up as you need them. Both start with a free 30-minute audit where we calculate what the automation would actually save you.
Single-workflow pilot

- One process automated end-to-end
- 2–4 week build
- Team training & documentation
- 30 days of post-launch support
Multi-step overhaul
$5,000–$10,000
Example: enquiry-to-quote flow — leads answered in minutes, quotes generated and chased, all synced to your CRM.
- 2–3 connected processes
- 4–6 week build
- Integrations across your tools
- 60 days of post-launch support
Keep it running
$500–$1,500/mo

- No long-term contract
What moves the price
No "it depends" hand-waving — these are the four things that actually change the number:
Number of document types or channels
One invoice format costs less than nine supplier formats plus email orders.
How many systems we connect
Posting into one tool is simpler than syncing books + CRM + inbox.
Review workflow
A simple approve/reject queue is included; multi-person approval chains add scope.
Data sensitivity
Standard cloud setup is included; on-premise or special compliance handling adds scope.
After it's live
A build is fixed-price because the scope is known. The work that comes after it — a new document type, a rule change, an extra report — isn't, and pretending otherwise would mean padding every quote for work you might never ask for. So ongoing changes run on blocks of hours instead.
- Buy a block only when you need one. There's no monthly retainer and no minimum.
- Every hour is logged with a description in your client portal, so you can see exactly what it went on.
- Hours don't expire. Larger blocks carry a lower rate.
- If a request is big enough to be its own project, I'll say so and quote it fixed-price instead of quietly burning your block.
The pilot guarantee: if the pilot doesn't deliver what we scoped, you don't pay the final invoice.
