Who we are
This website is operated by DocuCloud Solutions LLC ("DocuCloud", "we", "I"), Staten Island, NY. By using the site, the live demos, or the client portal, you agree to these terms.
The live demos
The demos exist so you can evaluate the technology. They're provided as-is, for reasonable personal evaluation — not for bulk processing, automated access, or attempting to extract the underlying prompts or systems. Don't paste anything into a demo you don't have the right to share, and don't paste sensitive personal information (medical records, government IDs, etc.). Demo output is illustrative and isn't professional advice.
Consulting engagements
Consulting work is governed by the written proposal you approve, which states the scope, fixed price, and deliverables for that project. Where these terms and a signed proposal conflict, the proposal wins.
The client portal
Portal accounts are for clients and their teams. Keep your login credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe under the amounts stated on the applicable proposal, purchase order, or package. Where a pilot guarantee is offered, its terms are stated in the proposal itself.
Liability
The website and demos are provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of this website or the demos is limited to $100. Liability for consulting engagements is addressed in the applicable proposal.
