Privacy policy

What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, and the option you select. That's it — the form goes to one person's inbox (mine) and is used only to reply to you.
Live demos: the demos run on sample content we wrote — there is no way to upload a document to this website, deliberately. The one exception is the assistant demo, where you supply a public web address and we read that page. Demo input is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the result you see, is not stored by us, and is never used to train models. Please don't paste confidential, patient, student, or personal records into any demo field.
Client portal: if you're a client, we store your name, company, email, purchase history, project records, and support messages in order to provide the service.
Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. We don't add you to a newsletter because you asked a question.
Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run the business: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI processing for demos and client systems). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Client project data
Documents and data belonging to consulting clients stay in the client's own accounts wherever possible. We do not use client business data to train AI models, and access is limited to what the engagement requires.
Retention & your rights
We keep contact enquiries as ordinary email correspondence and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Email us any time to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.
