Service — document automation

Invoices and forms that enter themselves.

Somebody at your company spends hours a week reading supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery slips, and forms — and typing them into the system one field at a time.

It's slow, it's mind-numbing, and it's where mistakes hide: a transposed digit, a missed price increase, a duplicate payment. Every one of those costs real money, and the only thing catching them is whether the person doing the typing was paying close attention that afternoon.

What the system does

Reads what you actually get

Photos, scans, PDFs, email attachments — skewed, stained, and handwritten included. Every field extracted, line items and all. The demo on the homepage runs on a genuinely scruffy carbon receipt, not a clean sample.

Checks before it enters

Totals reconciled, prices compared against your history, duplicates caught. Anything unusual is flagged for a ten-second human look instead of posting silently.

Posts into the tools you already use

QuickBooks, your CRM, your spreadsheet. Data lands where it already lives — nothing to migrate, nothing new for your team to learn.

Where this usually comes first

Each of these pages says what I'd build first for that trade, and what it costs.

Price

Typical pilot: $2,500–$4,000 — e.g. supplier invoices flowing into QuickBooks with anomaly flags.

Fixed-price, agreed before work starts. If the pilot doesn't deliver what we scoped, you don't pay the final invoice. Full pricing details →
